Bob Johnson Auto Group buys Dorschel Automotive Group

The Bob Johnson group, of Rochester, N.Y., on June 21 purchased crosstown rival Dorschel Automotive Group. The transaction is expected to add $350 million in annual revenue to the growing retailer.
