Dealer Van Bortel sues Ford over dealership purchase agreement

N.Y. dealer Kitty Van Bortel has sued Ford Motor Co., claiming that Ford reneged on a deal to allow her to purchase Henderson Ford in Webster, N.Y. The store was sold last month to another dealership group.
