Koons Kia settles unadvertised fee allegations with Md. AG, could owe $1M-plus in refunds

Owings Mills, Md.-based Koons Kia could owe customers more than $1 million in refunds after settling allegations it charged fees and shipping costs on top of advertised vehicle prices, the state attorney general said Tuesday.
