Minnesota dealers attempt to block their state’s adoption of California regulations

The Minnesota Automobile Dealers Association filed a second lawsuit attempting to block the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency’s adoption of California’s clean car rules, which would require dealers to carry a higher percentage of EVs and hybrids.
