Stellantis replaces North America COO, global CFO

Amid U.S. troubles, Jeep CEO Antonio Filosa is adding North American COO responsibilities to replace Carlos Zarlenga, whose next role will be announced later. CEO Carlos Tavares to retire in early 2026.
