Negotiations are underway at two plants struck by the UAW. At a Constellium aluminum components plant in suburban Detroit, negotiations resumed Thursday after workers began striking Wednesday. At a Clarios battery plant in suburban Toledo, both sides are optimistic about reaching a deal soon.
