GM’s Cruise agrees to pay $1.5 million U.S. fine as part of consent order with NHTSA over crash disclosures

General Motors self-driving subsidiary Cruise and federal safety regulators have agreed to a consent order that will remain in place at least two years, federal officials said Sept. 30.
